The fine print
Privacy Policy
Last updated June 18, 2026
This policy explains what lrnos (“we”, “us”) collects when you use lrnos.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it in plain language.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email, handled through our authentication provider when you sign up or sign in.
- Your materials. The files and links you upload — PDFs, audio, video, YouTube links, and notes — plus anything lrnos generates from them (study paths, questions, progress).
- Usage data. How you move through sessions, your answers, streaks, and review schedule, so we can adapt what you see.
- Payment data. If you subscribe, billing is processed by our payment provider. We receive your plan and status — we do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data. Standard log and device information (such as IP and browser) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run lrnos: read your materials, build study paths, and quiz you.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To keep the service secure and to fix and improve it.
- To contact you about your account or important changes.
AI processing
To turn your materials into questions and paths, we send their contents to AI model providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your materials, and we do not use them to train third-party models for anyone else’s benefit.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make lrnos work — authentication, database and hosting, payment processing, and AI model providers — each acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your materials at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and cancel your plan from settings. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the service. We don’t use them for advertising.
Children
lrnos isn’t intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app.
